Diagnosis of DM patients with leg ulcer complications can be done in various ways, ranging from simple techniques such as anamnesis suspicious of DM accompanied by symptoms of peripheral neuropathy and physical examination of the wound to supporting medical examinations such as radiology. Radiological studies are usually needed to assess arterial blood flow and assess the spread of infection that could allow bone deformity or osteomyelitis to develop. In this study, data were presented on 3 patients with a history of DM accompanied by leg ulcer complications who came to our radiology installation to undergo a multimodality examination. The results show that the role of multimodality radiological examination in DM patients with complications of foot ulcers includes Conventional x-Ray to assess bone deformity, Doppler ultrasound to view anatomical structures, arterial lumen and stenosis and obstruction, Doppler technique provides hemodynamic data about direction, speed and quality of flow. blood in the arteries. while CT Scan Angiography is used to assess peripheral arterial blood flow and Interventional Radiology measures to improve the prognosis of cases of diabetic foot ulcers so that they do not end in leg amputation.
