Peranan Pemeriksaan Ct Scan Kepala Dalam Penegakkan Diagnosa Stroke Ischemic: Studi Literature

Abstrak

Ischemic stroke is a stroke that occurs when a patient has an infarction or cerebral infarction due to diabetes so that blood flow to the brain is obstructed and damaged. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the application of a head CT scan in ischemic stroke cases. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach, with 2 journals as a data source. The results of the study show that CT Scan has a software called ASPECTS which can evaluate infarction in stroke and serial imaging which can be used to predict edema. The conclusion of this study is that the use of a head CT scan can effectively evaluate the appearance of infarction in ischemic stroke.
